The Georgia-China Culture and Economics Development Fund is an organization focused on fostering cultural, economic, and social ties between Georgia and China. Established in 2018, our goal is to create a bridge between the two regions, promoting mutual growth and long-term cooperation. Through strategic initiatives, the Fund aims to enhance cross-cultural understanding, facilitate business collaborations, and encourage educational exchanges.

Team
Otar Danelia
Otar Danelia has had an extensive career in both governmental and business sectors. He has served as the Minister of Agriculture of Georgia from 2014 to 2016, where he implemented several key reforms, including legislation on agricultural land ownership and the promotion of Georgian wine. Following his tenure as a minister, he was elected as a Member of the Parliament of Georgia, where he chaired the Agrarian Issues Committee.
In business, he served as the First Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, overseeing economic policies and mineral resource management. In 2022, he was appointed as the Business Ombudsman of Georgia, where he advocated for business interests and streamlined business-government relations.
Mikheil Tarakhchev
Mikheil Tarakhchev is a dynamic entrepreneur and legal professional with over a decade of experience in managing multi-million-dollar programs. He currently serves as Vice President of Franchise Network Development at OPLUS and is Co-Founder and President of the Cross-Culture Communication Center (CCCC), which focuses on global educational and communication initiatives. Additionally, he is Vice President of the Georgia-China Economic and Cultural Development Fund, co-founded with Otar Danelia, promoting economic ties between Georgia and China. Mikheil also currently serving as the CEO of the European and Gulf Countries Direct Investment Fund.
David Dzneladze
David Dzneladze is an accomplished professional in telecommunications and technology. He is currently the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the CIS region at Whale Cloud, a global leader in cloud computing and big data solutions. Previously, he served as Deputy CTO at Silknet and held roles at VimpelCom and Mobitel LLC. His educational background includes studies at Grenoble Ecole de Management and Tbilisi State University, positioning him as a leader in the telecom and cloud industries.
